Marketing

Send us an RFP and we will take your ancillary group case to the market.  In many cases we can underwrite and price your group right in our office.  We will provide you with the most competitive products and pricing available.  We will send you only the most competitive quotes saving you time and money. 

Training

For many years now we have trained brokers and account managers alike on the many details of selling group products.  If you need training, we are here to help you through seminars and private meetings both in our office and at yours.  Let us do a lunch and learn for your staff to bring them up to speed on any of our partner carriers or products.

Enrollments

When you need help enrolling your large cases we can pitch in and help.  Depending on the products being offered through Benefit Connection, Inc., we can negotiate the entire enrollment.  For many voluntary groups, we pre-print the enrollment materials personalized with each employee’s personal tailored information.  This always increases the participation and simplifies and streamlines the enrollment process.

Benefit Summaries

Benefit Connection, Inc., generates some of the most sophisticated benefit summaries possible. The summaries show the amount of money that an employer is paying for each employee broken out to the penny by FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and all other employer matching or employer paid benefits.  The summaries are tailored for each specific employee and give that employee a hidden paycheck to reveal their full compensation including benefits. We can do extensive booklets with detailed benefit information on each product that becomes an employee handbook. We most commonly generate a 2 page summary for each employee.
